Colorado Expands Public Health Emergency Leave for RSV and Flu

Effective Nov. 11, 2022, Colorado employers must provide public health emergency leave (PHEL) for health needs related to flu, respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), and other respiratory illnesses in addition to COVID-19.
