Delaware Adopts Wage Theft Law

New Law Also Defines Independent Contractor Status  On Oct. 11, 2022, Delaware adopted Senate Bill (SB) 35 to define wage theft in the state and provide specific enforcement penalties. The Delaware Legislature stated that SB 35 will curtail “under the
