Colorado Adopts Temporary Rules to Protect Wage and Hour Rights

On Aug. 20, 2019, Colorado adopted temporary rules to strengthen employee protections under the state’s wage and hour laws. These temporary rules are also being proposed as permanent amendments to the law.
