Director of Global People and Recruiting Operations - Illumio

Position Summary:

The Director of Global People and Recruiting Operations will lead a team that plans, implements, measures and runs the daily aspects of global people and recruiting operations. Illumio believes that well thought out and implemented operations lead to a great candidate and employee experience and though that great experience they will build their employer brand and momentum in recruitment and employee engagement.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead a team that is focused on achieving a “stand out” candidate and employee experience through clear team roles, processes and technology
  • Partner with company leadership to build all aspects of people operations and programs
  • Meet the needs of today and get ready for each stage of growth
  • Drive all aspects of people and recruiting operations with your team, including:
    • Develop standardized scalable people programs and processes
    • Scale global compensation and benefits programs
    • Design and deliver recruiting and people analytics for insights
    • Develop processes and analytics to support inclusion and diversity
    • Manage Immigration, relocation and ensure compliance with laws and controls

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience leading a global operations function and a desire to innovate
  • Strong knowledge in Global Human Resources – HR Technology, Compensation, Benefits, Leaves, Immigration, Mobility, Policies and Compliance
  • Track record of designing and implementing seamless and creative solutions
  • A bias towards using process and technology to create a great candidate and employee experience
  • Ability to present complex concepts simply and understandably at different levels

  • Ability to spot trends and make sense of large amounts of data and communications
  • Strong ability to use your technical competence, curiosity and interpersonal skills to collaborate towards a solution, enlist people to help you, and build lasting trust
