Missouri: Minimum Wage Rises to $7.70 Per Hour

Increases Effective January 1, 2017
The Missouri Department of Labor has announced that the state minimum wage will rise, effective January 1, 2017, to $7.70 per hour for non-tipped employees. Beginning on such date, employers will also be required to pay tipped employees at least 50% of the minimum wage, or $3.85 per hour. Updated posters reflecting the new rates are available in English and in Spanish.
