Minimum wage rates across California are set to increase on January 1, 2018 to the rates below:
- Statewide: .50 per hour for employers with 25 or fewer employees, and .00 per hour for employers with 26 or more employees
- Cupertino: .50 per hour
- El Cerrito: .60 per hour
- Los Altos: .50 per hour
- Milpitas: .00 per hour
- Mountain View: .00 per hour
- Oakland: .23 per hour
- Palo Alto: .50 per hour
- Richmond: .41 per hour
- San Jose: .50 per hour
- San Mateo: .50 per hour
