DHS Codifies DACA Policy With Final Rule

DACA Does Not Grant Lawful Status But Allows Employment Authorization  On Aug. 30, 2022, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) published a final rule to preserve the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) policy. Specifically, the final rule defers
