7th Circuit Rules Interference Violates FMLA Even Without Denial of Leave

The7th Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled in Ziccarelli v. Dart that an employercan violate the federal Family and Medical Leave Act by discouraging anemployee from exercising FMLA rights without denying an FMLA leave request.
