U.S. Supreme Court Confirms USERRA Rights

TheU.S. Supreme Court has held that states can be sued as employers by privateindividuals under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Actof 1994 (USERRA). The Court issued the ruling in Torres v. Texas Department ofPublic Safety on June 29, 2022.
