Connecticut Issues Model Notice for Employee Leave

The Connecticut Department of Labor has published a model notice ofemployee rights under the Connecticut Family and Medical Leave Act (CT FMLA)and the Connecticut Paid Leave Act (CT PLA). Employers may use the model noticeto satisfy the notice requirement taking effect on July 1, 2022.
