LA County Requires Paid Employee Leave for COVID-19 Vaccine

On May 18, 2021, Los Angeles County passed an urgency ordinance requiring all private employers to provide paid leave for COVID-19 vaccination for employees in unincorporated parts of the county. The ordinance became effective immediately and is retroactive to Jan. 1, 2021.
