The Idaho Commission on Human Rights (ICHR) has released a revised anti-discrimination poster, dated March 2017.
The revised poster states that Idaho laws prohibit employment discrimination based on religion, race, color, sex, age (40+), disability, and national origin. The laws also prohibit retaliation against individuals who exercise their rights under Idaho's anti-discrimination laws.
The poster further informs readers that, in addition to processing charges of discrimination, the ICHR also provides technical assistance and educational programs to businesses, human resource groups, and others, upon request.
