Certain Employers Must Comply
Employers are reminded that they must electronically submit information from their 2017 Forms 300A to OSHA by July
- Establishmentswith 250 or more employees in industries covered by OSHA's recordkeeping requirements; and
- Establishmentswith 20-249 employees in certain high-risk industries.
