Alaska Eliminates Minimum Wage Exemption for Persons with Disabilities

Change Currently in Effect

Alaska employers are no longer allowed to pay less than minimum wage to workers who experience disabilities.

The applicable rule (8 AAC 15.120) has been repealed, and this change is currently in effect. Click here for more details.
